Oh woe is me

I'll start out by saying that I really like the new blogger format. It might only be me getting it because i'm on draft, but hey, it's pretty cool.

These past few weeks have been a shit heap and a half. Yes, this thread contains excessive moaning and being a teenager, but I think I have grounds to be upset.

It started About 2 weeks ago, when I wanted to skip my English lessons in the morning so I drove on down to Tesco to pick up some biscuits and such to enjoy on our penultimate day of school. I walked back to the car park after going to Tesco's, and low and behold, a LOT of smoke is coming from underneath my bonnet, so much that the nice lady from Tesco who told me it was highly probably that my car was going to set on fire called the fire brigade. As you do, when you think there's going to be a fire. Anyway to cut the story short, it got sent to a garage and they gave me this diagnosis: It's fucked.

The power assisted steering pump had overheated (the bit that makes it easy to steer), but rather than the relevant fuse blowing to stop the problem spreading, the problem did spread. It spread to the wiring loom. I'm still not 100% sure what the wiring loom is, but it's an important function to do with electronics and engines and such. The heating problem caused the wiring loom to melt, effectively.

I won't divulge into cost and such, but to sort my car out good and proper it's probably going to cost a fair proportion of how much the car is worth. At the moment it is in the hands of the car insurance company, and it is up to them what to do with it. They will either say "It's worth fixing" and then pay out to have it fixed, or they will say "Not worth fixing" (which seems to be the likely option at the moment), and write it off.

This is part one. Part two is linked.

Part two:

So, every cloud has a silver lining, and my silver lining lay in the form of my dads very nice van. A VW transporter, with all gadget-y things. It's nice. I Initially had reservations driving it because of the sheer size, I had been driving a mini before, so it's a big change for someone who hasn't been driving all too long.

However, I cope, and cope very well in fact. I love driving it, it's a lot easier to drive than my mini because it's an automatic.

My dad used it today, and phoned me in the morning.

"Have you bashed this van?"
"No"
"Well the outside mirror's been smashed"
"It wasn't me"

And it wasn't me. Some bastard has broken it and not bothered letting us know. That's got to be replaced now.

Part 3 is very unrelated, but the thing I am more sad than annoyed about.

One of my cats, Shadow, was found killed outside my house this morning. Not much more to be said, but my family and I are understandably devastated.

Part 4 is revision.

Anybody who has ever either had to revise for an exam, or had trouble self motivating, or both, will know about this one.

Need I say more regarding revision? I'd prefer not too. Not like it's a blog, and people are meant to give their feelings on stuff in blogs. Pscht.

YES I FAILED VEDA AND I'M SORRY.

My last exam is on the 23rd of June. Expect a video not long after that. Until then, I probably won't be making any videos or new blog posts until that time.

So long, suckers x

Doctor Who Series 6 thing

I HAZ A THEORY.

For those who don't watch Doctor Who, this will make no sense. And I'm probably not going to make sense.

But I think different things after watching this first episode.

1. I love how there is now future and past versions of people/aliens/things. Although it's been touched on before, now it's actually out there there is so much space for change and stuff, and It makes everything a lot more unpredictable.

2. I think that Amy's unborn child is River Song. "Oh River, you're such an inspiration, we'll name it after you" then BAM it is River. The writers are going for something shocking methinks, and this seems shocking. Remember, future/past selves, 'tis possible.

3. The impossible astronaut IS River Song. I hate River being so focal in my theories, because I don't like River (*yawn*), but there was one shot just before the Doctor's death where you saw the astronaut lift up the visor thingy. I've watched it back like 10 times, and I think I can see the big hair. I'm not sure what plot or storyline will get them there, but I could see River being the bastard who goes and kills him. Might be why she ends up in prison.

4. The Doctor isn't dead. Of course he isn't, he'll come back. It's the world of Doctor Who, Stephen Moffat is bloody amazing, he'll work him back to life. Probably in some epic fashion.

5. Amy leaves at the end of this series. Apart from the pregnancy, from the first episode, I can't see her having the significance she had in the last series. I might be proven wrong, I hope I am.

6. The Silence are scary as anything. This isn't a theory or a prediction, it's a fact. They rival the weeping angels.

7. Again, neither a theory or a prediction, this one is a plea. PLEASE LET THERE BE A DALEK EPISODE.

THANKS BYE.

Houllier, I salute you.

For those who don't know, I'm a big fan of football, and an even bigger fan of Aston Villa.

We currently lie just one point off the relegation places, with the prospect of going down becoming bigger with each poor performance.

And that's what this season comes down to. The players have not been performing. There are fans calling for Houllier's head, and for what reason? Because he's made the players work for their wages? Because he wants the players to play his style of football, which I might add is a damn sight better than O'Neill's. The quality of the football has got much better, but what has always been lacking with Villa, even before Houllier came, is the killer finish at the end.

These fans who call for Houllier's head... Who do you propose comes in? Because Gary McAllister will play similar style football and tactics to Houllier. Maybe Rafael Benitez? Yeah, because he knows how to handle a relegation fight. Or perhaps Sam Allardyce? I'd love nothing more than to see this wonderful football team to become a group of mere thugs that break other players legs.

Houllier is putting in the style of football that gets a team that next step, into the champions league. I'll admit, it was mistimed to do it mid-season (But if our previous manager has the common decency to give us some notice then he would've had a pre-season to work with the players), but this is where the players have to vindicate their astronomical wages, by putting in the effort to make this new system work. But no, these players want to squabble and throw the toys out of the pram because they aren't getting what they want. I'm sorry, but considering most are on over 30 grand a year, it's (excuse my language) fucking ridiculous.

Next season, we'll be brilliant, if Houllier stays and we stay up. If Houllier goes now, we go down and have no plan for next season. If we stay up then Houllier goes, we have no plan for next season.

Besides all of this arguing whether he should stay or go, we only have a handful of games left this season. This is where only the real fans should be fans. The sort that stick with Villa through thick and thin, the sort that swallow their pride and get behind the manager when he needs our support most. You might not like him, you might not think he's the right man for the job, hell I think in the very distant future (4/5 seasons) he's not the right man, because unfortunately he's not in the best of health and I can't see him being at the club for that long.

So, I'd ask any Villa fans reading this to ask themselves a question. Do you support our current manager? If yes, great. If no, then are you enough of a fan to swallow your pride, stop bickering and calling for his head, and supporting this great club when it needs us most? If yes, then get yourself a ticket to the home game against Newcastle, and sing your hearts out like your lives depend on it, because our premier league lives DO depend on it.

And if you can't swallow your pride, and want to carry on calling for his head, then I put it to you that you're more a Birmingham City fan than you are a Villa fan, because you obviously don't support Aston Villa if you fall into this category, and you're effectively relegating us already.

We seem to have resided ourselves to defeat. Last I checked we're above the relegation places. If the season finished now, we'd be safe. There is still hope, and I think that on a good day we can beat every single one of the teams we have still yet to play. However, our best days come when our voices are loud, the players can hear that they have 40,000 people willing them on to have one of those days.

Look at White Hart Lane this season, it's been something of a cauldron every home game, because the fans are behind the team, behind the players, and behind the manager. Look what that's produced for them. Villa park can be like this. I've been there when we beat Chelsea, the title holders at the time, 2-0. When we got through to the carling cup final in the 7-4 aggregate win over Blackburn. When we stuffed the blues 5-1. We need that sort of atmosphere week in, week out, home and away, regardless of your stance on the manager.

So, coming back to the title. If by some miracle you are reading this, Mr. Houllier, then I salute you. To put up with the 'fans' chanting for you to be sacked, and to put up with it, well it's brilliant. You've made it obvious that you're shocked, but most men I know would've snapped by this point. You're doing the right thing here. You're changing the football for the better, you're giving the younger players a chance (lets be honest, under O'Neill Albrighton wouldn't have had a chance), and you're putting discipline into the changing room. Carry on doing what you're doing.

And a final message to all of the fans. I understand how angry you feel. I've also been at Villa park on some of our darkest days. Don't blame the manager, don't blame the players. Just support the team. Don't be critical, cynical or bitter, be proud of our great football club. We could be 3-0 down at home, but just sing your hearts our for the lads. I can imagine that there's nothing more punishing than to be losing, and to have 40,000 people shouting abuse at you.

I've waffled an awful lot here, but most of it is relevant in some form or another. Just one last tiny final word. Leave the finger pointing till after the season. It'll be much more useful then than it is now.

A BLOG (lol)

Because blogs are generally blogs.

LOL didn't do the song thing last night again, SORRY, was too busyailing my driving test again, then I had work.

Yesterdays topic was a song that I can dance to.

If you try hard enough, you can dance to any song. But I'm going to choose 'I Just Had Sex' by THe lonely Island.

Those wonderful dudes that bought you jizz in my pants now bring you this cracking tune, and I recommend it a listen.

Today's topic is is a song that makes me fall to sleep.

Memorial - Bring Me The Horizon

It's slow, got now words for me to concentrate on, and all nicely depressing, if that's possible.

Sorry this blog was short today, I'm too busy being at school and generally being mopey wopey popey.

Bittersweet.

It's a strange day in the Ansell household today. There's been no arguments or disagreements, because we're all on the same page concerning this issue. For those who don't know, we have two dogs, Poppy and Cassie. Poppy is the sort of dog that needs 100% of your attention, and if she doesn't get it, she's not satisfied. But with us having Phoebe (Little little sister), 2 kittens, and in general busy lives, she doesn't get it.

So, my mom found out that there was an old peoples care home that was looking for a dog. This would be perfect for Poppy. She'd get 100% love and attention, which regrettably she doesn't get here.

That's the sweet part, knowing that she gets to live somewhere where she would be much happier than she is here.

The bitter news, as you can guess, is that we're actually giving her away, and she's leaving us. She's part of the family at the end of the day, just like all the pets are. And I've made it sound in this blog like she isn't loved, but trust me, we all do love her very much, and if we didn't have every other distraction, she'd get our attention.

So we're all in an odd mood. Sad because we're effectively losing a part of the family, but happy because we know she's going somewhere she'll be much happier.

On to other things, because I'm depressing myself here.

I didn't blog last night, and I'm awfully sorry about that. My dad's bought a PS3 Slim for downstairs (mainly for playing his Blu-Rays), and I felt obliged to try it out. Before you know it, 9 o'clock has turned into 1:30 AM. :)

So I'll do the two song things (yesterday's and today's) on this post.

Yesterday's was A song that reminds you of a certain event.

Does Christmas count as an event? Sod it, it does. But I'm not going to name a traditional christmas song, no no no no no.

Rage Against the Machine - Killing in the Name.

Christmas 2009 saw the toppling of x factor as Christmas number one by a Facebook campaign that was promoting Rage's song to number one. Well, it did, and outsold x factor and was the official chart topper. Lol's were had by the alternative music community, tears were had by Simon Cowell, which he no doubt wiped up with £50 notes. Because unfortunately, this may have been a battle won by rock, but pop and such are still winning the war (This war, by the way, is one made up in my mind). Because we tried to do it again last year with 'Surfin' bird', and it came 3rd. Behind Rihanna too, the bitch.

TODAY'S song

A song I know all the words to!

Hollywood Undead - Everywhere I Go. Truth be told I know most of the words to most of the song's I've previously featured (I say most, because Tinie Tempah is just babble.) But I love knowing all the words to this song, because If you look up the lyrics (which I highly recommend you do), then you'll see that it's.... Controversial? No, not necessarily controversial, but we'll say feminists and prudes alike wouldn't enjoy it. It's just funny.

I must leave this post here, because I've got a bacon sandwich and a cuppa waiting downstairs for me. x

It's sunny outside!

Well it was, until I wrote the title, then I realised that the sun had gone in and that the moon is gonna be "yo wassup" in an hour or so.

HOW WAS YOUR DAY? Mine was fine, thanks. In fact, more than fine. One of those days where nothing goes wrong but nothing goes specifically right, it just feels positive. My, I feel a song coming on.

WHICH IS GOOD, seen as though it's day 6 of the song challenge thing.

Today's topic is a song that reminds me of somewhere, and, under strict instruction from Dean, I have to keep it to one song, unlike a couple of others i've done so far.

Today's song is Country Roads - John Denver.
You know, the one that goes take me hoooome country rooooads, tooo the placeeee i belongggg

Yeah, that one. When me and the family and the family friends were in Tenerife on holiday, we were at a karaoke bar. Merriment was had by all, 'cause we we're all a bit, well, 'merry'. We heard some eastern european bloke get up on karaoke and sing this, and we just kinda sang it all the way back to the apartment thingy we were stopping in. It was very much a 'you had to be there' moment, but either way, this song and place COMPLETES TODAY'S CRITERIA, BITCHES.

Sorry, I shouldn't talk to you like that. It's this sort of thing that'll make me unpopular and inevitably DIE or something

Day 5 song blergh

So I'm going to have to start making this blog interesting, seen as though there might be £500 riding on it.
Not now though, I can't be bothered. (There's this competition thing at my school, not quite sure of the nitty gritty details myself atm.)

DAY 5 A song that reminds me of someone or sumat.

Lots of songs remind me of different people... They might like the artist, like the song, look like the artist, hate the song to the extent that they become synonymous with it. Not sure how that works though. I know that people associate me with Tinie Tempah because I hate him so much. Fun times.

SO WITHOUT FURTHER ADO, MY SONG.

Actually, let's have some further ado, lol. I'm really struggling with this one. I'm thinking of a few options. Screw it, I can't decide, so I'll do a load.

1. Everlong - Foo Fighters. You know who you are, if you're reading this. To everyone else, It reminds me of an ex and it was 'our song'. Bless.

2. Labyrinth - Sunshine. Reminds me of my little little sister, Phoebe, because it's the first song she recognised me at the age of about 6 months. Since she could talk, she's referred to it as the sunshine song. I don't really like it that much to be honest, Phoebe's just cute.

3. Dancing Queen - ABBA. My mother. 'nuff said.

4. Anything by any artist ever to emerge from YouTube, minus The Biebs. 'Cause he's a youtube freak that kid. But he's still one of the most awesomest people I know. He's easily in the Top 82. Wait. 81. ;)

GOOD

That's that done, onto other news! That gaddafi guy's a twit, women are complaining that men are getting equal rights in car insurance (LOL is there a group of male suffragettes?), and there's probably things happening in the world at the moment. Someone's winning at a game of football somewhere, a baby is crying, and I'm here watching television and blogging simultaneously. Also, here's a fun fact, did you know that if you say "yo my name is (insert your name here) and I'm an idiot" loads of times, it eventually sounds like your self esteem is actually lowering!
Amazed me. I'm going to cry and wonder where all my confidence has gone. (Sarcasm doesn't transfer well over a computer.)

Day 4 of that thing i'm doing

A song that makes me sad is today's topic. How depressing.

No need for introductions, it's 'Mad World' by Gary Jules.

If you haven't heard it then it's the one that's depressing as hell, yet irritatingly good. If that's a word.

Not much else to post about today, I'm brainstorming new video ideas tonight... Maybe do a decent one over the weekend, as apposed to 3 minutes of drinking tea.

Day 3 of the song thing

A song that makes me happy...

Rather aptly titled - Always look on the bright side of life - Monty Python.

It's fantastically upbeat take on death never fails to bring a smile to my face. And with it brings many happy memories of my late grandad, as this happened to be his favourite song. And he requested it was played at his funeral. What a legend. He cheered us all up when we were down even after he was gone. Enough somber talk anyway, it's a great song, and picks anybody up. Never fails to.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HANNAH :)

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I got blonde hair now. I'll do a video of it. (Notice how there was no promise as to when?)

I'm tired and agitated and bored all at once so I think i'll make myself a cuppa and get myself off to bed. I've got the electric blanket warming up ready for me now.

Sweet dreams all, however camp that may sound. Because let's face it, sleep is so much more interesting when there's a good dream to accompany it. x

Best Month of the Year

It's March, officially the best month of the year, according to existence. Of course, it's the same month that Myself, Einstein (We share a birthday (14th for anybody who cares (No-one (FOREVER ALONE LOL (This amount of brackets distresses Jo (Lol))))))) and The Biebs (HAPPY UNBIRTHDAY YOU BASTARD (More brakcets :D)) were born. And it's pancake day, as reminded by Joanne. Cracking/Spiffing.

ALSO, I forgot to do the 30 day song challenge last night. SORRY D:

Here's day no. 2, my least favourite song.

No prizes for guessing here, it's Tinie Tempah - Pass Out (I wish he'd pass out).

I hate how popular this song became, because lyrically, it was the shite-est song ever realised ever. Just go look at the lyrics. To be quite honest, this song is worth no more of my time or effort discussing. It's truly terrible. Horrible. Awful, ghastly, abysmal, SHIT.

Joanne says Hello (In school post lol). And nobody cares that her rabbit died, because it's a rabbit. Not a dog. There is no justice in the world. Like Lemar said so. She also said that you should all go watch a film called 'A film with me in it', starring Dylan Moran. He's the greatest man alive (Apart from Mr. Sykes and ME).

I'll put the day 3 of my 30 day song challenge up later, seen as though I frankly cba right now.
K THANKS BAI x

30 day song challenge.

There's this thing on the old Facey-B going around called the 30 day song challenge, in which for 30 days one has to give a song that applies to each of the days criteria.
You know what's coming, something that lasts a week then I forget to do it and I just don't bother afterwards!
So here's the list (for my reference as well as yours).

day 01 - your favorite song
day 02 - your least favorite song
day 03 - a song that makes you happy
day 04 - a song that makes you sad
day 05 - a song that reminds you of someone
day 06 - a song that reminds you of somewhere
day 07 - a song that reminds you of a certain event
day 08 - a song that you know all the words to
day 09 - a song that you can dance to
day 10 - a song that makes you fall asleep
day 11 - a song from your favorite band
day 12 - a song from a band you hate
day 13 - a song that is a guilty pleasure
day 14 - a song that no one would expect you to love
day 15 - a song that describes you
day 16 - a song that you used to love but now hate
day 17 - a song that you hear often on the radio
day 18 - a song that you wish you heard on the radio
day 19 - a song from your favorite album
day 20 - a song that you listen to when you’re angry
day 21 - a song that you listen to when you’re happy
day 22 - a song that you listen to when you’re sad
day 23 - a song that you want to play at your wedding
day 24 - a song that you want to play at your funeral
day 25 - a song that makes you laugh
day 26 - a song that you can play on an instrument
day 27 - a song that you wish you could play
day 28 - a song that makes you feel guilty
day 29 - a song from your childhood
day 30 - your favorite song at this time last year

And here's my 'day 1' song.

Favourite song is a tough one. I'd go by play count on iTunes, but that maybe isn't reflective of my current taste. I'd go by recently played, but that isn't reflective of the 'fairness' of shuffle (I swear my shuffle is biased towards metal). I'd go by rating, but that's always changing with me.

So I'll go by, well, all of them. I'm already cheating a bit.

My top played song on iTunes, with an abysmal 80 plays,  (I've only had this iTunes account for a year and a bit, and I'm not the sort to just listen to one song over and over) is Paramore - Misguided Ghosts. This is the nice acoustic-y song on their most recent album 'Brand New Eyes'. I love it because Hayley (<3) sings about trying to find a purpose and direction to life, and trust me, being almost 18 and confused and stuff, I can relate. Then again, I'm pretty sure most people have has this problem at some point in their lives, particularly in their teens. I know very few people who know what they want to do, and have known for some time, and there is no way of that changing.
Let this bash your eardrums and such: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BeBRsAu8WM

My recently played songs show a very different edge to my music taste. Whereas I'm normally a fan of the old rock or metal kinda music, my most recently played song is actually B.o.B - Magic (featuring Rivers Cuomo). I'm finding that I'm really getting into rap, dance and, dare I say it, RnB recently. I like B.o.B, I've always liked Eminem, and Jay-Z's '99 Problems' makes an appearance on my iTunes too. I've also recently put Chase and Status and Nero's new song's on my Playlist. However, I digress. Magic is seriously a brilliant pick-me up song. Although it's basically B.o.B being big-headed, if you have a side that means you can say to yourself 'God, I'm (pardon my french) fucking fantastic, why am I not, y'know, leader of the free world?', then Magic is great because you can say all of this and make it seem like Bobby Ray is talking to you. Bliss.
Here, have some self-esteem music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq-NShfefks

RATING now, and the highest played 5 star song (I have 9 5-star songs on my iTunes), is Bring Me The Horizon - It Never Ends. The seeming 'hit' from their new album (I can't be bothered to type so I'll abbreviate it), TIAHBMISI,TIAHLKIAS, lead vocalist Oli Sykes bangs on about how the band have had some shitty times, how he's had some shitty times, and how when these shitty times come about they seem never ending. Depressing yes, Lyrically though, It's like sex for ears. Most people who listen to it hate it, because they hate 'screamy' music, and when I say 'listen to the lyrics' they say 'I can't hear any'/ BUUUUULLSHIT. BMTH went more vocally driven after Count Your Blessings, and to do this Oli actually changed his voice so that his lyrics could be heard. And when you listen to the lyrics, they're fantastic. The instrumentals are fantastic too, with epic double bass pedal work as usual from Matt Nicholls, and impressive backing guitar courtesy of Jona Weinhofen. Can you tell I like this song alot? I can.
Be in awe at the video too. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltbt9MaepFY

So there, 3 songs. If I had to narrow it down to one, It'd have to be BMTH, but at the end of the day I like all of the songs for different reasons, and, well, yeah.

Tomorrows music blog WILL be a rant, because it'll be me talking about my least favourite song. OH MY I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.
I might even do it as a vlog.
WOAH.
Bye guys, go do some work you procrastinating person. Alliteration win. x

In-School Post

Hello my lovelies :)

Wasn't that the campest intro to any blog ever? Just a quick update, that the video I promised you on saturday might well be up tonight with a little bit of luck. On the other hand there might not be any video at all, due to me having a cold. And i'm in school. Thank God for having 2 free's this morning, contemplating buggering off to aldridge for a hot chocolate and a fuckload of chocolate to make me feel better in the short term, a hell of a lot less well in the long run.

Tarraa a bit x

Can you make me thin AND happy, Paul McKenna?

I've suffered recently with some depression, and I think as a result of this I've put a lot of weight onto what was already a slightly overweight body.
Mathematically speaking
Depression + Slightly Overweight = Weight + More Weight = Too Much Weight.

I'd gotten myself out of depression, but still didn't quite feel ok, on a scale of 1/10 about 4.

SO, I decided that seen as though I couldn't motivate myself to get happy and lose weight, and neither could those around me, I'd hire the help of a professional. Here comes in Mr. Paul McKenna.

For those who don't know, Paul McKenna has written many books on how he can help us become better in all aspects, for example he has a book on quitting smoking and becoming rich, and they all use powerful psychological techniques, for example hypnosis, and simple exercises for somebody to use to 'program' their brain into the right way of thinking. 2 of these books are 'I can make you thin' and 'I can make you happy'.

I bought the 2 off amazon for the cumulative price of around £8, thinking it was worth a try at that money.

I'm writing a journal for 90 days, assessing both my mood and eating behaviours/weight, in the hope that via this I can gain some clarity as to whether this is working/going to work or not.

I'll be putting the journals up on this blog, unless they turn ridiculously personal which I can't see happening. If you want to see the journals I've uploaded, just search for the tags 'thin' and/or 'happy'

It's New Years Eve!

For me anyway.

I've spent the last 2 days doing a fat lot of nothing, so I'm saying tomorrow is the start of my new year. I'm getting up early in the morning and starting a program I've found on the internet, which aims to get someone who barely does any exercise (me) to running 5 km in 9 weeks. I'll put a link here (click on this part i mean :P), so you can check it out like :)

I hope that with that, healthier eating, working harder at school and revision that I'll feel a lot better than I have in recent weeks, knowing that I'm working towards a healthier and more fulfilling life. I give this new surge of energy 2 weeks, tops. ;D

So, with my Psychology exam being about 2 weeks away, and with me, not going to lie, not having done much revision for it, you'll hopefully find that I don't post as much as I have been doing over this holiday.

Happy new year everybody :) x

Top 50 songs of 2010

Well, near enough 2010. I started this iTunes library using my old one combined with a friends in late November 2009, trimmed away songs I didn't like from my friends, and I've added a shizzload since. This initial library was 300 songs, not much really, but since then it's grown to 750 ^_^

Seen as though they make 8 appearances, I think it's safe to say that Bring me the Horizon are my favourite band. :-)

I can't think of a title, so this'll do.

There's a timeline to this, so i'll put it into 2 categories.

1 - Dean's 18th. (29th December)

2 - Shaun's new years party. (30th December (shit sherlock))

(For the record, I know these are the wrong dates. I realised after dean told me that there's a 31st of december. I think that it's hilarious to leave them there though)

I went to 1, and drank a lot. One of those big bottles of WKD, I think about 29384 shots of sours and a couple of shots of vodka, along with some vodka kick drinkypoos. I went to sleep at about 4:30 am, fully expecting to wake up with a terrible hangover. I woke up at 8:30 am, and felt a bit tired but apart from that absolutely fine. Didn't sleep at all during the day, which was a bit stupid on reflection.

I went to 2 and didn't have that much to drink, I think about 4 WKD's. I went to sleep at about 1:45 am, then got up at 2:45 am feeling a lot like death warmed up. I felt very VERY sick (but it was the sort of sick where you aren't sick), and was just over the top hot. After the hotness went, I just felt horrible. My mom came and picked me up (tragic), and I got to sleep when I got home at 3:30 am, and slept until 12 pm.

What I've learned from this experience is that, even if I only have a couple more another night, my body isn't invincible and immune from a hangover, however strong it might actually be to resisting alcohol. Also, if i'm due a hangover, sleep as much as possible, as i felt brilliant after waking up at 12. My hangovers apparantely happen when I'm asleep, which i'd much prefer to awake. FUN TIMES.

What can you take from this post? That I broke the law twice in two days. Naughty. And that I shan't be drinking two nights on the trot until March, which when you think about it, isn't too far away. ^_^

I PROMISE AS SOON AS MY NEW CAMERA ARRIVES I'LL BE UPLOADING A NEW VIDEO :D x
